Visiting supporters tickets are only sold in block E up until close of business on Thursday evening.  No Rinkside tickets are sold unless required for wheelchair access or by specific request.

On Thursday evening a decision is made to either release the remaining tickets to:

a)  General sale to away fans
b)  Our schools programme
c)  General sale to home fans

This decision is made on a game by game basis and depends on the number of visiting fans that clubs usually bring.

Example – The Bracknell Bees and Guildford Flames normally fill Block E so are allocated all of it.  When the block is sold out, visiting supporters are allocated a Rinkside area (under the bar) close to the away team bench.

Rinkside tickets are not sold to visiting supporters until all of their upstairs seating allocation has been sold.  Visiting supporters are only permitted in the dedicated area Rinkside.
