Season Ticket Terms & Conditions


1.     Season Tickets are based on 28 home games including challenge, league and playoff
2.     Any additional games above the 28 included in the season ticket will be charged on a pro rata basis. If for any reason there are less than 28 games, money will be refunded on a pro rata basis
3.     All direct debit payments must be set up with lauren@swindonwildcats.com and have a set number of equal payments
4.     Cheques must be made payable to Swindon Wildcats Hockey Ltd. The Link Centre, Whitehill Way, Swindon, SN5 7DL
5.     Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the club. We reserve the right to reallocate seats where necessary.
6.     Child = 15 years and under as of 31/03/19
7.     Concession = 60 years and over as of 31/03/19 or Students with a valid NUS Card
8.     There will be a £5 Replacement fee for lost/stolen cards
9.     A £5 Admin fee will be incurred for any failed direct debits

10. Your statutory rights apply regarding refunds.

 

In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that Swindon Wildcats Hockey Ltd. have the right to:

·      Remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty

·      Reschedule season ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures

·      Offer special promotions during the course of the season, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket
