Cardwave become Wildcats Team Partners

Cardwave Services become Team Partners

The Swindon Wildcats are delighted to announce that Cardwave Services Ltd has become an official team partner for our 2014-15 English Premier Ice Hockey League campaign.

The Devizes based company, who sponsored the hugely successful Valentine’s Day Hockey Love game against the Bracknell Bees last February, is a globally recognised expert in flash memory;  a data storage technology that is used in memory cards, USB flash drives, tablets, mobile phones and many other electronic devices.  Cardwave was one of the first companies to release a hardware encrypted USB3.0  flash drive called SafeToGo, and this brand will be featured as part of the sponsorship package.

“We’re extremely grateful to Cardwave Services founder and CEO, Paul Norbury for his continued support of the Swindon Wildcats,” club Marketing Manager Sally Price said after the partnership deal was completed.

“It was fantastic to have them involved with our Hockey Love game last season and to have them make even more of a commitment to supporting the club this year is amazing and on behalf of the club, I would like to thank Paul and Marketing Manager Emma Charlton, for choosing to put their faith in the Wildcats.”

Meanwhile, speaking about their decision to become an official team partner for the new season, Paul said:  “We are all excited to be supporting the Wildcats and our sponsorship will help us to promote our data security products and introduce our customers and suppliers to the thrill and excitement of ice-hockey.”

The deal will see Cardwave’s products and  branding featured on our 2014-15 home and away jersey, in our match day magazine and official match day scorecards, rinkside and on our big screen TV.  The company will also be official game sponsors for a fixture of their choice as well as receiving weekly exposure in our eNews.
