Swindon Food Collective| Charity Night | 9th Feb

Swindon Wildcats are thrilled to announce that our next charity night will be held this coming Saturday when we take on the Bracknell Bees in our huge NIHLS1 match. Swindon Food Collective will be our guests for the evening, hopefully raising some superb awareness for a great local charity.

The mission of Swindon Food Collective is to reduce the impact of food poverty on people in crisis in the Swindon and district area. They are a volunteer lead organisation running the independent food bank in Swindon. Each year they feed around 5,000 local people temporarily requiring assistance with food in the Borough of Swindon and the surrounding areas.

They have collection points all over the town ranging from Tesco in Ocotal way to the Wroughton Co-op. There are loads of other collection points in the town, just visit their website shown below to see the full list.

They are always in need of Fruit Juice, Tinned Fruit, Tinned Meat, Tinned Tomatoes, Small bags of sugar, tinned potatoes, tinned puddings, small jars of coffee, toiletries and Long Life Milk.

Swindon Wildcats commercial manager Sally Price said:
