Pride Weekend Begins This Saturday as Jersey Auction Goes Live

The Bespoke Guardians Swindon Wildcats are set to drop the puck on their first Pride Game of the 2025/26 season this weekend, marking the start of an important celebration of inclusivity, visibility, and community within ice hockey.

As part of EIHA Pride Week, which begins on 14th February, the Wildcats will proudly wear their 2025/26 Pride jerseys during two dedicated Pride fixtures the first taking place this Saturday, followed by a second Pride Game on Saturday, 21st February.

Alongside the on-ice action, fans can now get involved off the ice too, with the Pride Jersey Auction officially live here. Supporters have the chance to own a piece of Wildcats Pride history, with a selection of game-worn jerseys available via an online auction on the club’s website. Bidding starts at £75, and with demand expected to be high, early interest is encouraged.

Additional jerseys will also be made available through the popular Shirt Off The Back competition, giving even more fans the opportunity to take home one of these special jerseys worn during Pride Week.

A portion of the proceeds raised from the Pride jersey sales will go to Swindon & Wiltshire Pride, who will be in attendance on Pride Night to fundraise as the club’s in-house charity for our official pride game on 21st February. The partnership underlines the Wildcats’ ongoing commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community both locally and within the wider hockey family.

More than just a bold new design, the 2025/26 Pride jerseys represent a clear message of unity and support. As the Wildcats prepare to take to the ice this weekend, the club once again reinforces its belief that hockey is for everyoneon the ice, in the stands, and beyond.

Fans are encouraged to show their support by attending the Pride Games, taking part in the jersey auction, and helping make Pride Week at the Link Centre a celebration to remember.
