It’s been a busy period for the Supporters Club and the feedback we’re getting from you all is that you’re happy and liking what’s going on. There are many volunteers who help out on game night, but there is also a group of people who support the Club week in, week out. We simply couldn’t do what we do without their commitment so a big shout out to all our volunteers.


There is so much going on that if you miss a week you’re likely to miss an update, so let’s give you a recap.


·       Last Saturday the Supporters Club presented a cheque for £18,625 to the Wildcats. That is an unbelievable amount and testament to the good work of the Supporters Club, its’ members and all Wildcat fans – THANK YOU


·       The Christmas Market is being held on Saturday 14th December in Studio 1. The Supporters Club has invited 2 charities; Wiltshire Scrapstore and Swindon Night Shelter and you can donate crayons, glue sticks, tinned food and warm clothing if you would like to support these charities. There will also be several stall holders at the Market selling their craft work, handmade cards and gifts and the Club is organising a grotto and loads of Christmas fun. This will be a fun-filled-festive evening!


·       We’ve opened the booking process for the Christmas Party and Skittles Night, it’s £10.00 for members, £12.50 for non-members. The event is being held on Tuesday 17th December from 6.30pm at the Southbrook Inn in Swindon. This is a ticketed event so booking is essential. There will be a hot buffet, plenty of Christmas fun and the players will be there


·       The Pet Grid is nearly full up but we have space on the Kit Grid if you’re looking for a unique Christmas present for someone special


·       Planning has started for The Big Quiz. It will be held in January, more details will follow in a few weeks


·       There will be a Skate with the Players this Christmas and it’s confirmed for Sunday 22nd December. This is a Supporters Club event, there is no charge to skate but we will be taking donations to support a local charity. Don’t worry if you don’t have a pair of skates, we’ve organised FREE skate hire so all you need to do is turn up and bring a donation


As we keep saying, there is loads going on and plenty more to look forward to this Festive Season. If you’re not in the Supporters Club then please consider joining us as membership will close on December 31st.
