Swindon Wildcats would like to confirm that Phil Hill will not be returning to the side due to a great opportunity outside of hockey.
The Welsh forward joined the Wildcats in December 2016 following his departure from the Telford Tigers. Phil, who was instrumental in our success in winning both the Autumn Cup and the National Cup. In 51 games in all competitions, Phil contributed 50 points.

I compare him to Jan Kostal in how professional he was and the impact his professionalism made on his teammates when he arrived! He took great pride in how he and the team played, he was a great person to look up to and learn from, on our team and I know he will be missed!”
