Swindon Topcats premier league team beat the Chelmsford cobras 11-2 on Sunday 22nd April 2018, this game saw the Topcats take the premier league title for the second time in 3 seasons. After returning to the premier league this season after a year in elite it saw the Topcats dominate the league and take the league title with 3 games to spare.
The ladies will now be going to play offs in Sheffield on the weekend of the 19/20 May. Topcats will face 4th place in the premier league in their semi final, and will be looking for the win to go through to play either MK or Chelmsford in the finals.
