Swindon Wildcats are delighted to announce their fixtures for the 2019/20 National League season. The opening league weekend will be 21st/22nd September where we take on Raiders IHC at home on the Saturday before travelling to Yorkshire on the Sunday to take on Hull Pirates.

With pre-season fixtures with the Bracknell Bees and the Telford Tigers the start of the season promises to be a tough one, but one that everyone is looking forward too. From September to April the games of hockey will be exciting and entertaining for old fans and new fans.

With Aaron Connolly, Dan Scott and Brandon Ayliffe all back at Rom Valley Way, they will be looking to start the season strongly at the Link Centre. Similarly to last season, our first competitive road game will be against Jason Hewitt’s Hull Pirates who of course won the playoffs last year in Coventry.

Over Christmas we hit the road to Basingstoke on Boxing Day, before hosting them again on New Years Day as we begin 2020. The final weekend of the season will see us take on Peterborough Phantoms before travelling to Romford to take on the Raiders again to complete the league season.

The first home and away game against each team will double up as a League/Cup fixture with the last of these doubled up games being against Basingstoke on Friday 29th November.

Swindon Wildcats Head Coach Aaron Nell was thrilled to be announcing the fixtures as the new season draws ever closer.

The fixtures coming out are always an exciting time for fans, and the club. We think we’ve got a good selection this year at home, with 23 Saturday games, 1 Sunday game, 1 Friday night game and a home game on New Years Day.

Plans are underway for the start of the new season and we hope to announce plans for the Season Launch day next week. We know pre-season will be a battle but we cannot wait to get going properly against Raiders on Saturday 21st September.

All challenge and regular season games will be included in the 19/20 Season Tickets, which will be available to collect in time for the start of the season.
