SEASON TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026/27
Season Tickets are based on 30 home games which may include either pre-season, League, Cup, or Playoff fixtures. These games will be confirmed prior to the league start however they are subject to change. If any additional games occur, Season Ticket Holders will be offered tickets at the reduced pro-rata price.
The purchase of a Season Ticket is a commitment to 30 home games and no refunds will be given. In applying for a Season Ticket, you recognise and accept that the Swindon Wildcats have the right to offer promotions during the course of the season which may or may not alter the relative value of the Season Ticket, remove any section of seating from use at any time for any reason without penalty, reschedule Season Ticket games or substitute alternative fixtures, and move your requested Season Ticket seat(s) at any time.
The re-sale of this Season Ticket for commercial gain without express permission from the Swindon Wildcats will make the ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid. For all events (seated and standing), children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. If a request is made mid-season to move your seat, the club reserves the right to refuse. Whilst requests will be met wherever possible, allocation of Season Tickets will be solely at the discretion of the Club. In the event of a single seat between Season Ticket Holders, the club reserves the right to move Season Tickets. Season Tickets are issued digitally as standard unless you opt to purchase a physical card at the point of application. Any refunds will only be given after the 30-game agreement has either been fulfilled or cannot physically be completed.
AGE CATEGORIES
• Adults – 16–59 years as of 31/08/2026
• Child – 15 years and under as of 31/08/2026
• Concession – 60 and over as of 31/08/2026
• Students – Over 16 in full-time education
If you a student that is over the age of 18, you must provide a letter from your college or university. This must be supplied even if previously provided. First-year students have until 30/09/2026 to supply original proof in writing.
SPREAD THE COST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility & Sign-Up Payment Schedule
• Applications for the Spread the Cost option can only be made between 1st April – 30th April 2026.
• Your recurring payment date will be set based on when your Season Ticket is processed on TicketCo.
• Please make your first payment on Friday 1st May 2026 via the link you will receive from TicketCo.
Contract Term & Cancellation
• This plan requires a minimum commitment of 6 months and cannot be cancelled within the first 6 months.
• Payment terms cannot be extended beyond the agreed 12-month period.
• If you cancel your season ticket, it will be invalid from the point of cancellation, and no refunds will be provided.
Additional Terms
• Any missed Direct Debit payments will incur a £5 charge.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to take the payment 2 more times. Failure to make a payment after these attempts could result in cancellation of your season ticket.
• To qualify for the 12-month Spread the Cost option, you must submit your application form between now and 30th April 2026.
• The club reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• TicketCo has its own Terms & Conditions which you must agree to.
EARLY BIRD APPLICATIONS
Payment may be made by card payment, bank transfer, or cash in person. Early Bird pricing is available until 8th May 2026.
General Booking Terms & Conditions
WARNING: Ice hockey can be dangerous. Spectators are warned to keep an eye on the puck(s) at all times as the puck(s) may leave the ice and travel into public areas. Spectators should only access and leave their seats when play is stopped.
Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately at ticketing@swindonwildcats.com if there is a mistake as tickets cannot be refunded after their purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled however we can transfer your tickets to another game. To transfer your tickets you must email us before 12pm on the Friday before the game. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
A valid ticket must be produced to enter the event. Removing any part of altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate it.
Replacement standing or unreserved seated tickets which have been lost or mislaid by the purchaser or any third party cannot be issued under any circumstances.
The resale of this ticket for commercial gain without express permission from Swindon Wildcats will make this ticket void. Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment (whether audio or visual) is prohibited. This includes the use of tablets (i.e. iPads Galaxy etc.). Attendees are not permitted to record large portions of the game or live stream games.
Swindon Wildcats reserve the right to conduct security searches. We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject the ticket holder if the ticket holder refuses to be searched or in our reasonable opinion admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience or the holder or affect the enjoyment of the audience or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to customers in these circumstances.
Please note that fixtures are subject to change and occasionally may be rescheduled after tickets have been purchased.
No food cans bottles or alcohol may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased in the venue may be consumed in the venue except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds.
No illegal substances legal highs fireworks lasers weapons or offensive items may be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.
Official merchandise is only available from branded merchandise stands and official vendors.
As members of the audience ticket holders consent to being photographed filmed and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication without payment.
Animals are not permitted in the venue (except Assistance Dogs).
Please note strobe lighting show smoke pyrotechnics foam or lasers may be used during events. Sound levels may be loud.
For all events (seated and standing) children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
We reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an event to those specified on the ticket provided they are of no less value than stated on the ticket.
Visiting supporters will be seated in Block S We recommend away fans wanting seated tickets to buy in advance before travelling. If visiting teams' supporters club would like to reserve a set amount of tickets this can be done by contacting the Swindon Office at: ticketing@swindonwildcats.com
